I Kuybagarov Rafis Ihsanovich was born 9 April 1997 in the village Mazitova Zianchurinsky district of Bashkortostan Republic of the Russian Federation. Classes 1 to 4 was in elementary school D. Mazitova, then from 5 to 6 classes were taught in the Bashkir gymnasium S. isyangulovo. After 6th grade was received in the national Polytechnic Lyceum-boarding school Kumertau and there graduated 9th grade. Next, I came to learn back in isyangulovo, but in school No. 2 s isyangulovo. After finishing the 11th grade in 2015, I joined the SF of the Bashkir state University on a speciality the teacher of history and native(Bashkir) language and literature.

There are victories both at the level of district and Republic, Russia journalism, photo, video and drawing. Was a three-time winner, the winner of regional Olympiad in Bashkir language and literature. And also participated in scientific conferences, there are wins In 2015, he published his first book "Cache station". In 2016 he became the laureate of all-Russian festival "the Scarlet flower"(photo contest), winner of the VIII festival "Shukar"(Izhevsk, Russia), the winner in the category "Earth and people" in the Urban film festival(Ufa).

Currently I am a 3rd year in SF Bashkir state University, are organizing and holding regional, interregional events, concerts, festivals, photo and video shooting, the media coverage of the events.
